Texting and Mailing

No need to inundate all of your providers with emails: easily target and contact the relevant providers with our mailing system.

Administrators can isolate individuals, provider ranks, or groups for text and/or email messages.

Text Messaging

The Mailing feature allows administrators to send text messages directly to a user’s cell phone if appropriately listed in the user’s profile. Responder Admin utilizes a special service that sends the texts via true SMS, which allows the messages to be quickly sent and received: normally in less than 2 minutes.

Messages can be sent to specific individuals, groups, or roles.

 

Email Messaging

The Mailing feature allows administrators to send email messages directly to a user as long as the email address is listed appropriately in the user’s profile. Emails are generally received at the user end in less than 5 minutes.

The email feature allows administrators to send messages with any variety of content with very simple editing that mimics your average word processor. You can even include spreadsheets or images in the messages.

Messages can be sent to specific individuals, groups, or roles.

 

User Groups

User Groups can be developed to quickly send correspondence to specific groups of individuals. This function is often used to identify committees or specialty providers. By controlling the audience to whom you send information, you can keep the attention of your users by not inundating them with information not relevant to them.
